Honeybee has played an active role in the development of innovative transmission designs to meet robotic needs, including close collaboration with NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC). Transmission designs developed with Honeybee’s support include planetary gear transmissions, continuously variable planetary gear transmissions, and gear-bearing transmissions.
